CNC Machining Parts Description


1) Material: Aluminum 7075-T6, 6061-T6, 6082-T6, 2017-T6, stainless steel 304, 316 etc.
2) Size: Up to 1000mm
3) Precision: Up to +/- 0.005mm
4) Processing: CNC turning, CNC turning and milling compound processing, 3/4/5 axis CNC milling, wire-cutting, EDM, griding etc.
5) The surface finish for the parts we can provide with are as the following:
A) Blacking, zine plating, chrome plating and nichel plating for the carbon steel and the low alloy steel parts;
B) Tumbling, hand dull polishing, mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment for stainless steel parts;
C) Sandblasting(including glass bead blasting, corundum-sand blasting and quartz-sand blasting), polishing and anodizing for aluminum parts.
6) Quality: 100% inspection before shipping for sample, sampling inspection as the customer's requirements for mass production
